Sino-Graphite Carbon silicon carbide deoxidizer, as a kind of high performance compound deoxidizer, can replace the expensive traditional deoxidizer, such as ferrosilicon powder and alloy powder. With the advantages of rapid deoxidation, early slag formation, strong reducing atmosphere, rich foam, and improving recovery of elements effectively, it is suitable for deoxidizing when smelting ordinary steel, alloy steel and special steel. It also can greatly reduce the cost of steelmaking since it has the effect of recarburization to reduce the usage amount of carbon additives. Using silicon carbide as the deoxidizer which can refine grain and remove harmful impurities, the quality of the liquid steel can be stable, and the casting temperature is high. It can ensure high quality of the billet steel and low unit cost.

3.It can reduce the sensitivity of wall thickness, make the structure compact, improve the processing performance and make the cutting facesmooth.
4.For gray cast iron, the graphite core can be increased to promote the precipitation of type A graphite and the chilling tendency can be reduced.
5.For ductile cast iron, it has deoxidizing function which can increase the number of graphite balls, reduce the amount of nodularizer, improve the nodulizing rate, decrease shrinkage cavity, and eliminate defects such as shrinkage porosity.
